The team
Malaga Center Flat is a team of highly trained and experienced people committed to delivering an optimum and first-class service to our guests and clients.
With more than fifteen years of experience in the property management business and the last four, specialized in the management of real estate investments destined to holiday rentals.
We use the latest business management technology, with a self-created APP, Property Management System, channel manager and hotel revenue management.
How do we proceed?
- We inform on the legalization of the apartment in the Holiday Rentals Registry.
- We apply for the registration in the Ministry of Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía
(Decree 28/2006, of February 2, on holiday rentals). - We provide complete information on taxation.
- We apply for the registration in the Passengers Registry of the National Police.
- We manage and submit all documentation on your behalf: Invoices to clients, Registration to the Police, …
- MARKETING SCHEME:
- We elaborate a professional photographic report of your home.
- We publish your apartment in the most well-known websites and national and international OTAs.
- You have full access to the apartment´s occupation calendar via your smartphone.
- Every month, in the period 1 – 5, you receive the accomodations income report.
